In a middle-class family setting, she was raised with her parents and two sisters. Her father, Gopal Dilaik, is a writer who has penned various Hindi books. Her mother’s name is Shakuntla Dilaik.

Rohini was a bright student who completed her schooling in Shimla. She then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and Catering Technology Program from Chitkara University, Chandigarh, from 2013 to 2016. She also did a course in hotel management from George Brown College, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, from 2015 to 2016.

Rohini started her career as an associate creative director at Reliance Big Productions in 2010 and worked there for one and a half years. She then joined a tour and travel company in Mohali, Punjab, in 2012. She also worked as a food server during her training program in graduation.
